Coenzyme Q10

Take one tablet daily with a main meal and sufficient liquid.
Do not consume if you have iron storage disease or iron utilization disorders. Avoid the intake of additional zinc-containing dietary supplements when the daily amount of zinc exceeds 3.5 mg. Not suitable for children and adolescents. Store dry and not above 25°C.
